２０００年くらいにぼくは、KRUSHさんの事務所で働いていた時期がある。

今でもDOPEなトラックを作り続けている。

絵を書き始めたみたい。

今でも人生においてKRUSHさんと話した言葉の一つ一つが僕の中で生きている。

暑い夏の到来。キンキンのビールが旨い。
柄も無く向日葵の種をまき元気に咲くのを待つ。
 
最近は90sHIPHOPセットをプレイする機会が続いて
自分のルーツを改めて噛み締めている。
 
その流れで家のアナログ盤の整理を始めて
90sアングラ HipHopのDopeな音にシビレてイル。
 
あの頃の音創りの独特なケムたさ加減が
心地よく頭が前後に揺れてしまう。基本だ。
 
恥ずかしながら、その流れで何十年かぶりに絵を描いてみた。
 
まだ未完成なので時間を見つけ手を加え仕上げよう。

Arrival of the mad hot Summer. A great season for an ice cold beer. So unlikely of me, I sowed seeds of sunflower, and await for the flower to bloom.
 
I’ve been having quite a few occations to play my 90s HipHop set lately making me look back on my roots yet again.
 
In due course, as I dig into all my crates at home, I’m once again K.O.-ed by the dope sounds of the 90s underground Hiphop.
 
That distinctive smokiness & back-beat style of making beats back then makes my head to cozily knod back & forth. The Basics.
 
And that got me shamelessly start a piece of artwork, first time in decades. Not done yet, I’ll see if I can find time to bring it to a completion…
